If you would love to play a challenging game of golf in beautiful French surroundings,
then Carcassonne Golf Course
is the place to be. We are offering a unique “All-Inclusive” golfing
experience in the stunning Languedoc
Roussillon golf area in South West France, famous as a wine growing region.
Our all inclusive package will allow you to enjoy either a 2 or 3 night stay
of your choice in 2 recently renovated Gîtes with all amenities. The gîtes
are 15 minutes drive away from the course. They are situated alongside the Canal
du Midi a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at the edge of a village surrounded by
vines in the Minervois region. All transport to and from locations listed below
is provided in our Mercedes E Class estate.
Option 1--- 3 nights break
Friday
Collection from Carcassonne Airport. Settle into the gîte. Aperitifs followed
by a 3 course dinner with wine in the evening.
Saturday
Continental breakfast served in the gîte.
18 hole round of golf
(Golf buggy provided) followed by lunch with wine in the Clubhouse. In the afternoon
following lunch you can choose between relaxing, walking / cycling (bicycles
provided) along the canal, or visiting the Medieval Walled Cité of Carcassonne
another renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site. (Transport to and from the Cité
provided).
Dinner with wine on the Saturday evening at a traditional French restaurant.
Sunday
Continental breakfast served in the gîte
18 hole round of golf (Golf buggy provided) on the Sunday morning followed by
lunch with wine again in the Clubhouse. Leisurely afternoon followed in the
evening by aperitifs and a 3 course dinner with wine. A further 9 holes can
be played in the afternoon if you wish at an additional cost
Monday
Continental breakfast served in the gîte.
Transport to the airport on Monday.

Friday

Carcassonne Golf Course
Situated close to the medieval town, the Carcassonne Golf Club well deserves
its reputation as a course of international standard. Even the most experienced
and demanding players will be seduced by the exceptional quality of its fairways
and the speed of its greens. The course has been created using and respecting
the manual rolling relief of the terrain, designed with elegance and balance,
the magnificent panoramic views giving an extra pleasure and delight. Its 18
holes totaling 5800 meters, with a par of 71, are open all year round. We are
flexible if you wish to change the agenda slightly on discussion at the time
of booking.

At the edge of a lovely tranquil, typically French village in the south Minervois right alongside the spectacular Canal du Midi and only 15 minutes away from the famous walled medieval city of Carcassonne.
Both the Canal and the City are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You have the choice of two fully equipped, recently renovated gîtes each sleeping four, which can prove to be an ideal base to explore the many attractions in and around the area.
If you only want to have a leisurely stroll, cycle along the canal towpath or take time to explore further a field and visit the many Cathar Churches and fabulous vineyards for a spot of wine tasting which the Languedoc is famous for.
The Mediterranean beaches are less than one hour drive away and Spain can be reached in less than two hours.
